Can’t speak highly enough about Maria. Maria was my third realtor after two disappointing realtors. Here’s a snapshot of what happened. Started looking to purchase in early March 2021, was contacted by two realtors one of which asked me to sign a contract before doing anything for me. Needless to say, I refused. Then, someone from Clarksville recommended María to me. I messaged her and we talked about our needs and timeline for buying. What a difference!!! Maria was so responsive and showed me two houses the very same day. She explained everything and made the process so easy. With the current housing market, we submitted two offers, which were turned down. Maria didn’t give up and we ended up building a new house. She worked with us and the builder to ensure we were treated fairly throughout the building process. She took the initiative to send us regularly updates, pictures and videos of the house as it was being built. What a peace of mind that turned out to be.
